This app is several years old yet: 1. Can’t cancel a photo capture 2. Can’t upload documents, only photos 3. Can’t capture 2 or more pages, only 1 page 4. No scanner detection, automation The app has some VERY low hanging fruit that the developers and Xero have chosen to ignore for years. Too bad this as is very bad after all these years.
Can’t upload FILES only photos, no Share menu. Can’t share files or photos to the Hubdoc app from OTHERS apps. It doesn’t allow that (Xero app and Expenses app do!) Minimum Viable Product. Xero has done almost nothing and is letting Hubdoc wither on the vine. Near abandon-ware.
If I take a picture on my iPhone and send it by email, it doesn’t show up. It comes up as “failed” at some point, but doesn’t tell you the date you tried to upload it and sadly for me I threw away the receipts. Seems like a new glitch as I didn’t have this issue before.
I’ve been using Hubdoc for years and loved it until the latest update. Why would your remove the ability to tag from the app?
I am so glad they finally got around to updating the app. This update is a 10x improvement and I’m happy to see it. The first feature I would like to see Hubdoc add to the new app is notes.
Constant log outs, tacky uploading procedure, not easy to navigate. Makes me choose my only organization all the time. If you have a business, do something nice for your employees and stay away from Hubdoc
Come on now. iPhone 14 pro has a very particular cutout and you haven’t updated the app in over a year.
They can’t even get the login right. Tried to link to Xero and keep getting error message about my first time logging in and needing to enable it on the desktop. Check the message boards and it’s a common problem.
This app is not optimized at all for the iPhone 14 Pro
This is a very handy app, but with a lot of bugs that make it very user-hostile. If you inadvertently switch apps after snapping a receipt, it will fail to upload and you have to shoot again. And the app frequently logs me out, making it necessary to load 1Password to retrieve my login details and then log back in. This should be easy to fix but there have been no updates in months.
