Is HubSpot free?
Yes, HubSpot is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is HubSpot legit?
⚠️ The HubSpot app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The application has a perfect structure, but unfortunately a very slow web interface (macbook air, osx, safari). ios application is great to use, but I wait long seconds on the web while loading a page. I have looked at all the existing forums where such problems are raised but have not found a solution. I’ve tried it in all sorts of browsers, I’ve also tested the ideas suggested in the forums, but it’s still very slow. Too bad because I really like the app, but it makes my job very difficult.
Cant see my activity feed
With last update I can't see my activity feed anymore, but I love it nevertheless and I am sure you gonna resolve this issue as well.
This app is a good start but it should be better
My problems with the app:
- If I try to load a template it shuts down, so I am unable to send out the templates.
- If I start to modify the message,I cannot go to the beginning, because the screen freezes.
What I really like:
- I can call my leads instantly from the app and after the call I can leave a short note.

the one star is a reflection of a mobile app and not hubspot as a crm… on desktop. definitely one of the worst mobile app experiences ever. do not plan on managing relationships on the go.
Worst customer service ever
Forgot my password so I hit the reset password button and tried to get it to send me an email to reset it it 5 times and it didn’t send. Went on their website to find a solution and found a message board with people having the same problem as me but to look at the replies how to fix the problem you have to LOG IN WHICH I CAN’T DO. Called the support helpline and can’t get anyone on the phone unless I give the automated system my hub id WHICH I CAN’T ACCESS WITHOUT LOGGING IN. Download and use if you want but you better hope you don’t have any problems because the people who created this app don’t care about their customers.
Account creation
This app was highly recommended, but I could not create an account because I use massagebook for my website, booking, and payment processing. Unfortunately, account creation does not allow subpages as a legitimate business website so I am unable to use this service

The free version has 90% of what I need, but would love to use it for marketing soon, also.
