The App does not work

The app login is not even working. The device is good and solid with great performance but the app is not professional at all.

Does no longer work

For such expensive tools I would expect at least a better stability of the app. But with changed Apple device nothing works any more. No device recognized nor workout loaded. Just errors.

Manual workout

I can’t find any longer the possibility of managing the normatec boots via the app. Only routines are available whereas before one could customise the use (time, zones etc) of the boots. If you want to do a long session you now have to do everything through the boots device.

No workouts

Unfortunately, no compatible workouts have been displayed in the app for a few days. If you want to select certain body areas, the results remain empty.

Login with Apple ID not working

Onboarding flow broken because login with Apple ID is not working
