Terrible App

The videos for the routines won’t play.

Useless app

Unable to sign in, meaning I can’t connect the device to the app. What’s the point for me to purchase such an expensive device? Many devices in the market without Bluetooth connection are a lot cheaper.

Unless this app gets more than bug fixes it’ll keep being useless

Yup the reviews are true. App really doesn’t do justice to the products. Clunky. Not clearly laid out as far as routines are concerned. Bit of a let down. Was expecting a lot more to be honest. Will wait for another update hoping it actually provides added value.

App lets the product down

The app is a waste of space on my phone. Absolutely horrible experience. Wish I had seems reviews before buying this product. Would happily pay more for an app that worlds as has a better Ange of function. Hyperice is better off not having an app at all it’s brings the product down.

App is useless

Very disappointed with the app compared to the quality of the project. Does not seem like the user functionality was considered with limited functionality and constant redirection. Routines are not laid out in a easy way to identify and use. Specific issues with the app: Defects - lots of issues going between screens in the app, lots of lag, and white screen pops up while Loading. Connectivity - you cannot pair your device before doing a routine. Seems pretty basic functionality Help function - directs to website that does not go to FAQ but to the product line. Where’s the help?? Routines - not easy to find, sort, or tell which is for which devices. Why is this not customized for your profile?

Can’t filter by device

I try and filter routines by the device I have but then none of the routines end up being my device. So clunky and useless

Safety issues

The hypervolt got stuck in my neck and lest a big mark and it still hurts

Great device, terrible app

I love the device itself, easy to use and effective for recovery. The app, however, is useless. After each cycling session I get a notification recommending a biceps session. After a month of heavy cycling training it still hasn’t recommend anything for quads, glutes, calves, or itb. Some of the videos are super creepy, with a grey haired guy demonstrating the session on a young, blonde lady in sports wear. Really feels like a missed opportunity

App don’t work!!!

Flat out doesn’t work. Can’t create an account, can’t reset a password just puts you in a loop.

Garbage app

None of the tutorials play and all go through immediately to completed Utter rubbish
