Very good app. Way better than the Therabody app. I love the videos and explanations. It’s really good to be able to see what to do rather than just be explained without any demonstration.

Only runs in the iPhone format No landscape orientation on iPad

I downloaded the app because I have followed the company for a long time and have some of the products. I have not been able to get passed the start where I put in my name, gender and date of birth. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue?

Such a clever concept to add to the already amazing hyperice products! It makes everything feel so much more personal. I’m super keen to purchase more of the hyperice range!

One thing I always felt I missed was having a recovery regime that was fit for the pros, now I have exactly that. Already had my run this morning and gone through a recovery workout with my Hypervolt. This is game changing!

This app is convenient, however, when you open it on an iPhone, it’s difficult to navigate once you select the program because part of the app, the part with control features, runs off of the page and you can’t access it. I tried turning the phone to landscape to see if it would adjust, but it doesn’t. As a result, you lose a lot of the customizing options that it has. I’m sure it’s an easy fix on the developer side, but as of the date of this review, it’s not working properly.

I have a NormaTec. I was forced to use Hyperice app due to acquisition but the Hyperice app is terrible. it's not fully compatible with iPhones. I wish I could post a screen shot what the app looks like. Bummer

Not sure why the app uses the phones audio when opening, meaning it stops whatever audio was playing from another app. The device selection is clunky and hard to scroll through. Just list them out why the slider that doesn’t work well? The same goes for the temperature settings. The slider ‘works’ but doesn’t work well like mostly all other apps do. That said the slider and overall ‘touch’ experience is much better using the app on android. It would also be nice to name devices and manage multiple sessions on different devices from one phone simultaneously. I understand this is a niche app so it might not get the same development love but changing these things would really make the user experience better considering these things ain’t cheap.

I loved being able to share my recovery sessions on Strava. Why was this removed?
