Alltså hur backar man när man är inne i en rutin?
The app works well to control the device I have. But so far during the first month of usage I have only done running and biking, and I keep only getting recommendations about routines for my upper body. I’m not sure what to make of it. Perhaps there is something I don’t get, would it not be nice to do some work on the legs after a two hour run? Or a 100 km bike ride? I probably must have misunderstood the total idea of massage.
