Great purchase
I loved it for its price, very affordable and useful. i encounter problems but still manageable. My only concern is, I dont know yet how to make transparent my uploaded image in the stamp. Everytime I use the stamp it covers the space, you wont be able to see the background. Let me know if there is a feature I can adjust my image. All in all, very much worthy for its price. I am using ipad air 4 and it is very compatible with my one drive, I can work here instead on the laptop. Thank you!
Never launched in my ipad
I was so excited to use it so I purchased it. Upon downloading, the app just never launches. Every time I click it, the screen turns white and crashes. Any improvements or troubleshooting? I made sure it’s compatible with my iPad
Great app
I super love this app. So useful to my profession.
Almost perfect but needs a 2 page view function
My first purchase of this app was in 2013 when I was still a law student. While making annotations was great, it was difficult to organize files so I ended up going back GoodReader which was my go to app since 2011. Fast forward to 2020, I’m now a litigation lawyer and looking for a better way to work with my documents and saw this updated version and bought it. Overall, it is a great app packed with many features. In particular, the audio notes is a great way to make annotations whether you’re making legal arguments, recording reminders, or wanting to hear how you sound when reading another language. However, there is a learning curve to maximizing the intricate functions in this app and I suggest reading the more detailed user’s manual instead of the quick guide. This app is almost perfect but file management functions could still be better and more intuitive. I’m wishing that they have a 2 page view function like in GoodReader because it feels awkward to work in landscape where the screen real estate is not maximized.
Does not have the option to import by folder. Edited files cannot be used by other apps
Does not have the option to import by folder. And files in iannotate's folder cannot be seen by other apps and is not visible in the Files app. So all annotated files would need to be copied to a pc then copied back to the other app folder so you can do further edits
Add more pencil features
Been using this since iannotate 3. Hopefully you guys will add a feature that allows finger swipes for scrolling and pencil for annotations without having to unselect the tool. Pencil has been out for a while already. This feature is available on other annotation apps.
What happened?
I’ve been using this app since med school and purchased both version 3 and 5; but since the recent iOS update I had trouble viewing my PDFs and images were not loading. If I use the acrobat reader for viewing the same PDF’s all the images were there. What happened? I cannot reload the PDF’s anymore

it sould be more intuitive - may or may not have option to follow texts. it should feel like your personal notes (handwriting) more than artificial note taking tool. otherwise great tool Addendum (as of aug 21, 2018): pls give us option to search pags easier - ie accessing page 253 of page 855 by typing the page number in search button than doing it manually, esp. if said document doesn’t have a bookmarked table of contents i havent been able to email as of yet, but i’ll formalize my request soon. thank you
Best app for studying
I have used this app since premed up to medschool and it has never failed me since, with its array of features and ease of usage, the convenience of choosing methods of annotation to facilitate comprehension and as well as its ability to convert documents to pdf files in-app. Its definitely worth the download!
