Can’t stop iOS from upgrading a single app to version 4
Going for a subscription model and not being able to stop it from updating to version 4 is such a bad practice. I’ve deleted the app and of course - am not going to use it anymore.

I purchased this app a few years back, and today it’s prompting me to pay for a subscription. Complete fraud, these developers should be ashamed of themselves.
Originally I paid for this App and used it for several projects over the past few years. There was no subscription then. But now, I have transferred it to my new iPad I find that I must subscribe to the tune of $7.99/mo. For something I use once in a blue-moon that’s a no-go. It is difficult to use and limited in terms of functionality. If you are a regular CAD user you should pay for AutoCAD.
Now requires an expensive subscription to properly access (eg turn on or off layers) the hundreds of designs I’ve built up over the years. Really angry.
That is too late to warn people this is a subscription version!!!!! Better to keep your old version! Do not update.
Ive been locked out of the app. What is going on! Switching to a new pricing model and preventing access to my files has to be …… one of the most despicable acts I’ve come across. Deleting app. That’s my support! I’d rather pay a full app price. Don’t do subs. And who can survive on a coffee a month? You will always lose with existing users when you remove a benefit.
Exporting via email always takes days to reach inbox after sending for some reason, no matter which type of file. Any answer or solution to this would be appreciated.
Great app for my needs..
Thought I’d check out recent reviews of this app. Surprised about quite a few poor ones but can only think people who wrote them either didn’t understand what a vector app is or we’re running it with too old a device. Sure it crashes sometimes but rarely looses anything. I continue to regularly use the app for all my drawings and I wouldn’t change anything I wrote 5 years ago so I’ll leave it unchanged below. “I have been using this app since its first version for the iPhone 3. When it came out on the iPad I found it very useful for my technical drawings and illustrations for publications as well as detailed dimensioned scaled designs for my hobby of woodworking. Since I first used the app, I have been in touch with the developer many times with requests for new features, improvements etc and he has always responded and in most cases implemented the changes. So different to working with a program from a larger company. With this release, we see a huge change. Now we can add in images, scale and rotate them and more importantly there is now a fully fledged Mac version. Both the iOS and Mac versions seamlessly synchronize files making it almost unique in the range of features and integration and much better and smoother than the Apple suite of software (I particularly like being able to use Dropbox as well as iCloud for sharing with non Apple users and as a second backup). I can now use the app for my much more demanding geological maps and diagrams that normally need programs like Corel. I cannot recommend this program highly enough and look forward to increasing functionality.”
