Even for simple tasks like checking the date and sending a notification it takes a whole applet slot. And you only get 2 with the free 20 with the paid version. I think slots should be changed to applets that use external APIs otherwise this is useless to me. I need a lot of automation done and 20 applets are not going to cut it.

IFTTT is a really great app with a lot of use cases for developers who need help with basic functions which they don’t know how to execute such as mailing etc and also IFTTT provides a event log which helps in debugging.
Downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial because Apple marketed it as editors choice. Clearly the app isn’t meant for Indian users since none of the applets are available in India. And it was my mistake to overlook my subscription date. And I got charged. I asked Apple to refund the very day but they refused. So consider this review to prevent more people in India from making the mistake of signing up. Absolute false marketing in Indian App Store.
Good handy app but only allows for one applet (automation) with the free version and the pro is too expensive. Not worth the price imo. I’ve switched over to using Home and Shortcuts app on my phone which have improved a lot over the years.
If you have the Apple watch then you must download this app.

This is having a technical glitch, if you register for trial version they will not give you any option to cancel it and you will be tricked to loose money and have free ticket to tension and stress so never 👎 ever download this application as this is not following ethical practices
I set up some applets for apple reminders and calendar and they don’t work unless I open ifttt app , I tried all location sync and permission options in settings doesn’t work …the integration doesn’t happen unless ifttt app is opened….any solution?
Excellent app on my previous phone … however it crashes repeatedly on my new iPhone 13 pro max. Can IFTTT team address this?
