Mi hanno preso 39,99€ senza avvisarmi

Mi sono ritrovato con l’addebito di 39,99 senza aver richiesto nulla e senza avere la possibilità di rescindere l’abbonamento prima del pagamento!! Non serve a nulla quest’app !! Grazie per avermi rubato i soldi

Schifosi!

Non mi è mai piaciuta particolarmente, hanno cominciato a ridurre l’account free a sole 3 applet, poi hanno tolto il collegamento ad Alexa, adesso se hai l’account free non puoi praticamente più utilizzarlo, m’hanno disattivato le 3 applet e non me le fanno riattivare senza pagare l’abbonamento annuale di 90€

Azienda agli sgoccioli, purtroppo, monetizzazione sfrontata

Pubblicizzano piani come “a vita” e poi aumentano prezzi con 5 giorni di preavviso. Comportamento scorretto al limite della truffa chiaro sintomo di una azienda che naviga in cattive acque.

Non funziona con “Home + Control” di Legrand

Riesco a collegare l’account Legrand e vedo il servizio in ”My services” ma quando lo cerco per creare un’azione “Home + Control” non c’è. Quale può essere il problema?

Impossibile ricevere qualunque tipo di supporto. Le automazioni con Oco Camera/iVideon non funzionano più da mesi anche se nei vari aggiornamenti dell’app Ifttt è ancora presente l’applet che in teoria dovrebbe attivare/disattivare la webcam. Prima ero soddisfatto, ma un buon prodotto senza nessun supporto tecnico è inutile.
