This app is so good, I have used so many apps for learning chinese , but this was the best of best, I can assure no one can beat its lessons! Within few weeks I am able to speak minimal chinese which is a difficult lang! Thankyou so much! So glad I came across this!

Unable to access my study material after 6 mnths resubscribed amount being paid up

Inspite of acknowledging the payment received for the resubscribed Premium course of 6 months, I’m unable to enter the app to access my study material. Neither is the “reset for password “ happening, when I click on “ forgot password “ And the Dashboard says I have NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION

It’s been years and you guys still don’t give out free content beyond seven days🤭 What good is the app? Podcasts are better😂 Downloaded this app twice within 5 years only to delete it after 7 days
