Too expensive and no cancellation option

I was caught off guard when I received a notification that I was charged more that a thousand pesos for a month of subscription. I didn’t enroll in the said service but I did checked the advertising in Facebook so I felt cheated. I tried canceling it but there’s no option to unsubscribe. I have to email the website and still no response received. This site should be banned.

more focus and precised

actually the app is very helpful but i wish that it was more focuse on the basics not just like “the top25 phrases in korea” . i just wish the apps would let us learn how to first read and write and memorize the characters and sound of the consonants and like you know . its because i compared the learning here to the youtuber jolly and i learned more from them or faster rather heheheh. its really just my honest opinion.
