Didn’t anyone test this first You must know that there are issues with set up Big tip if there’s a problem sort it and put the solution on your web site I couldn’t get it to work so returned it shame

Impossible to set-up

iPhone app is great, however the app doesn’t work at all with Apple Watch and this is very disappointing. Intensis home have not offered any help - a friend also has the same issues so I know it’s not just me - please fix !!!!!!!!

My initial attempt to get it to work, With my iPhone XS Max failed. Tried the self same thing on the iPad Pro and it did work. Having registered the device I found that I could use my iphone to control the air con. A couple of weeks later I needed to change the WiFi I was using with it. It seems that there’s no config from within the app when you’re logged in. So I had to log out and delete the app. Re-download the app and open it. The front splash screen has the config option so I set up the WiFi and then logged in. First time I did it the air con device had been lost. Tried a second time (delete the app, reinstall it etc) and it worked fine. In use I find the app easier than the remote, with the added advantages of distant control of course. So it’s ok once you get it to work, but clearly hasn’t been thoughtfully programmed.

Try as I might, I am unable to add my air-conditioning unit as a new device on my app. So, until I can do this, it has been a waste of money and a lot of time. I follow the steps, the app pairs with the hub, then I scan the bar code which the app correctly decodes, but then it locks up trying to find the device. I have tried so many times without success. Very disappointing.

O Oh, this update has deleted all my devices :(
