Intesis AC Cloud

Sometimes, I will turn it off, it will stop but the vent will remain open, other times I will open it and it won’t open or the vent will open but not operate. Very frustrating. I did some reset, the app is up to date but nothing have changed. Just frustrating and hard to control sometimes.

I have 3 of these remotes for 5 years. 4 times out of 5 the mobile app (i guess the servers) cannot connect to the remote devices and therefore I cannot change program/temp when I am not at home. I am forced more and more to use our old ac remotes :(

Needs info on how to set up , looks straight forward but tried to set simple timer but did not work , turned on but not off .
