Conexión wifi
Tengo la marca de esta cámara hace más de un año al principio tenía dificultades de conexión para compartir o agregar más dispositivos, luego funciono todo bien sin problemas buena respuesta pero hace dos semanas que no puedo conectar una de las cámara a la red wifi ni en 2.4 g mucho menos a la 5g se conecta solo con cable LAN no se si realmente tendrá solución o si la empresa podría ayudarme o simplemente perdí mi dinero, cosa que es lamentable porque la cámara es súper buena práctica tiene muy buena panorámica audio y micrófono sumándole que tiene visión nocturna y se puede logar dejar de cualquier ángulo, tiene la opción para la tarjeta SD o puedes comprar un paquete por la nube. Se entiende que siempre se puede mejorar y espero tener respuesta seria una lástima perder muy buen aparato

Qué pasó con esta app, que aún no la arreglan!!! que se puede hacer en este caso? yo la tengo hace 8 meses pero ya con su actualización no me sirve no funciona, donde esta la dirección de esta marca? Para resorber el tema!!!!!!
Cámara no graba!
Actualicen la app!! Tengo dos cámaras “pinguino”, ambas funcionaban perfectamente hasta 2 semanas atrás, ambas con memorias micro SD. De un día otro dejaron de grabar y dejaron de funcionar remotamente, ya no puedo ver la imagen de las camaras usando la señal celular (4G o 5G) solo se puede ver la imagen usando la red wifi 🙄🙄. Upgrade la app!!. Home Center (Chile) debería dejar de vender cámaras con esta app.
Pésima la app
La camara no tiene problema pero la app no te permite ver la imagen, el aparato dice en linea pero no carga la imagen un vergüenza de app
No me deja compartir
Al compartir la camara sale no hay señal. Al final ahora ( porque antes se podia) solo una persona la puede ver. Creo que tendre que devolverla
Muy intermitente
La aplicación funcionaba bien, ahora no se que le pasa, ya no conecta y no es un tema de internet, es la aplicación, muy intermitente, pésima!!!

Es una vergüenza que la vendan en tiendas como sodimac en chile por un precio absurdo
No graba
No fue difícil conectar la cámara, pero al segundo día ya no grabó nada, contraté un plan de un mes pero nada, la reinicié y no me reconoce el plan pidiéndome que contrate plan nuevamente
El video no descarga, está pegado en 0 kb/s
Tengo configurada la cámara con una tarjeta SD, antes funcionaba pero ahora solo puedo ver cuando hubo movimiento por las barritas naranjas en la parte de abajo y la imagen de la cámara me sale en negro. No funciona ni con wifi ni con internet móvil. Alguien lo ha logrado solucionar?
