Not working with Vodafone but works with Jio
I am facing a strange issue my camera shows offline when using vodafone idea network and the same works fine when working with Jio networks

Lots of improvement required
Good app but does not give all the required information. It should show how much space is left in SD card, It should also give you an option to delete files for any specific period.
Storage Purchase issue
Hey ... I have just purchased the cloud storage for one year but I am not able to start the cloud storage facility... it again requests me to buy a plan ... how to fix this do I need to cancel the purchase ?? Please guide me at the earliest. 🙏🏻
Stole my money
I paid for a one year subscription of cloud storage but it never got added to my account. When I tried to get refund from Apple it says this purchase is not eligible for refund.
Best monitoring app so far..
Hi team, kudos for this wonderful app!! The live streaming is extraordinary! My suggestions: Provide a option to download videos, make a navigation little longer to play videos. I mean, the scroller moves faster than we scroll, if you extend the time axis, we can easily move the videos to the desired position. Thank you!

Always Works
Apps work or they don’t. Every time I need to view my camera this showed me the image I needed. My only con is the cloud add on that I always have to cancel to proceed. I use SD card. App is Easy to use an it always works.
Highly Recommend
I’ve had this device for about 3 to 4 years. I have it in my son’s room to monitor his nurses. My son is nonverbal and immobile. I can check on him throughout the day while I’m at work. If he has an appointment where I don’t have to be present I can still communicate with them if need be. At home I can monitor him while doing things around the house. My 31 year old son is epileptic so he needs constant monitoring. So grateful for this product.
