I have this relogin message very often in different devices, the sound in my phone doesnt work but it doesn in others, it did in the beginning but at some point it doesnt anymore, i find the user interface very confusing, especially when there is a 360 degrees picture.

Apps work or they don’t. Every time I need to view my camera this showed me the image I needed. My only con is the cloud add on that I always have to cancel to proceed. I use SD card. App is Easy to use an it always works.
I’ve had this device for about 3 to 4 years. I have it in my son’s room to monitor his nurses. My son is nonverbal and immobile. I can check on him throughout the day while I’m at work. If he has an appointment where I don’t have to be present I can still communicate with them if need be. At home I can monitor him while doing things around the house. My 31 year old son is epileptic so he needs constant monitoring. So grateful for this product.
The app works perfect. It dose Everything I need for you. Very good ease of use not complicated or difficult at all.
My camera not picking up
App is very clunky; we have to log in everytime we open the app (which is very annoying!) and half the time the connection times out. Also get ads for their cloud storage almost every log in. Very buggy and not user friendly at all! When it does work, the video is fine.
This is a pretty good app when I can login. Everything works great except 75% of the time when I go to login and see my three cameras it will time out, two to three times. It’s annoying to close app and try again If that was fixed be a great app. I don’t why it would take so long to see one of my cameras, I’m afraid this is a app that has to connect to their server. So if they go out of business or servers are down I would not be seeing any of my cameras live.
No issues with this camera
No need to overcomplicate! It consistently works.
