Open a Digital Savings Account with IPPB App
Download IPPB Mobile banking and Install it
Provide your basic details and submit
Convert to Regular Savings Account within a year for additional benefits
Fund Transfer Services in any mode including but not restricted to IPPB to IPPB accounts transfers, IMPS, UPI, NEFT and Standing Instructions will NOT be available and can be activated by completing full KYC.

OTP issue

Stupid application It is wastage

Can’t enter otp. Very low quality app

What a junk app from Government, I can’t register, can’t enter OTP in last step of registration

Unable to register; OTP cannot be entered

I’m afraid registering on this app is impossible. At (what should be) the last step of the register process, one should enter an OTP. But that’s it… You won’t be able to manually enter it and the auto OTP autofill won’t work either. If you try autofilling, you’ll see the error that the OTP has expired. It’s frustrating. What is also worrying is I’m unable to register for SMS and Missed Call banking either. I opened my account paying a minimum deposit of Rs 200, but an automated SMS (till date the only text I’ve received from IPPB, besides OTP) says my balance is barely in the twenties. Not sure what has happened. Emailing customer support hasn’t helped so far. What a pointless application and service. So much for Digital India.

Not able to enter otp.. super buggy and difficult to use..

Useless app extremely buggy.

Simply can't enter otp. Neither it autofils nor it let's one to enter otp. How to use the app then? Such a nonsense tech team and qe. Seriously shameless

Otp issue

When I tried to type otp, it is not accepting. Kindly check and fix

OTP not working in latest update

OTP auto-fill option is not working in Recent version update , please check and fix this ASAP
