Good for Nothing
Worst application I have ever used. I have been trying to verify the payment by sending the message from the app. It says to verify it on a immediate basis, and when I do that even in seconds the stupid app does not complete it and keep asking me to RETRY. (internet connectivity was perfectly fine). After 3 attempts, it blocked for next 24 hours. Idiot.
Poor user experience
Couldn’t connect any Bank account. Cannot reach any customer support team.
personal loan section not working
I want to access my personal loan section to pay it off. but aap is saying something went wrong and not working since a long time and there are many other sections having same issue. app is really sluggish
Worst UPI app
I changed phones and have been trying set up paytm on my new phone. Could not send verification sms and was trying to look for some customer support. Guess what they do not have any customer support. I switched to PhonePe which has been better than this UPI app. This is the worst UPI app out there avoid at all costs.

I try to transaction but asked to set new pin i try to set 1000 times but not successful
Really Bad customer Service.
I love this app and I mean it. I only have one issue and that is with customer service team. I opened an account without PayTM and did my KYC and everything. It was working just fine. Than I moved to Canada to continue my further studies. To activate it in Canada I also verified myself over the Camera. One time I tried to open UPI Pay, which didn’t even loaded and said “Something went wrong. Please try after some time”. So naturally I talked to customer service team. I made myself clear that I am in Canada and PayTM links don’t open here. Which in return kept sending me the same link. Last time when I talked, They transferred my call 3 times with different reason and these reasons were denied by the next representative. Last lady told me that I can’t create my UPI ID because the latest version of this app doesn’t allow me to do so. It doesn’t have the functionality yet. Worst thing is even as a representative she doesn’t even know when will I be able to create one.
