ServiceNow Mobile Agent app delivers out-of-the-box, mobile-first experiences for the most common service desk agent workflows, making it easy for agents to triage, act on and resolve requests on the go. The app enables service desk agents to promptly manage and resolve end user issues from their mobile devices. Agents use the app’s intuitive interface to accept and update work even without Internet connectivity. The app greatly simplifies work by leveraging native device capabilities for tasks like navigation, barcode scanning, or collecting a signature.​​

The app comes with out-of-the-box workflows for service desk agents in IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Ops and IT Asset Management. Organizations can easily configure and extend the workflows to meet their own unique needs. ​​

Being able to update tickets when I’m on the go from my mobile device is a breeze. I love how the application works.

Calendar (on-call shifts) needs more future dates

On-call seems to only have a few weeks. Would be nice to be able to go a few months in advance. Would also be great to export on call to say phones calendar so you can make reminders for the whole year or at least quarter.

Good app, but still missing some features, like changing priority. If the feature to change severity level, priority and status, it will be more useful.

Duplicate feature missing

Please set up this important feature Most of Preventive maintenance service call are the same for the same customer Sometimes I have 20 identical rooms per day and the only difference is the room number Having the duplicate feature save me time to focus more on testing than writing reports again and again for 20 times Without this feature the job has to be done in 1.5 days instead 1 day which is a revenue loss since this is an SLA Thank you Adrian

Made life easier

Right now I’m travelling in a train and accepting Change Tasks, approving RITMs. The perfect thing that we needed for a mobile ITSM solution. There are scope of improvements though
