No confirmation and no cancellation
Watch out that your order would be confirmed without you confirming or paying and you cannot cancel your order afterwards even if it is in less than one minute.
Bad experience
They can’t tolerate rush hours i ordered from them 2 consecutive Thursdays 2 different restaurants and didn’t receive the order after waiting for more than an hour and their driver confirmed that he will pick the order

سيء جدا الابليكشن يحملونك غرامة دفع مبلغ لطلب انت ما استلمته و لما تكلم خدمة العملاء تقولك هذي سياسة البرنامج تدفعين غرامة و اساسا الخطا منهم ما عندهم أوبشن الالغاء ف الاوردر يعني عندك فلوس او ما عندك راح تدفع غصب عليك .. حتى لو انت عميل قديم و تاخذ منهم باستمرار ما عندهم ذوق انهم يكسبونك كعميل .. لا غصب تدفع تخيلتوا تدفع فلوس طلب ما اخذته حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل
