Increase the comments/notes character limit
Why can I only write 6-8 words in the comments/notes section, are they expecting for me to write “good job” “love u”?? Like increase it plz
The order is incomplete.
The service is bad and the order is incomplete. I called them and no one answered and they don’t want to refund my money.
Bad app
Bad app more than 2 times they cancelled my order after waiting for 1 hour without informing me and when i ask the customer service about that they dont have a proper response

كل الخدمات ممتازه وسرعه في التوصيل الاسعار مناسبه لكن الغريب بالموضوع ان ماعندهم خصوصيه للمعلومات طلبت طلب من مطعم مناسبات وعقب ماطلبت بفتره قليله وصلتني رساله واتسب من مطعم نفس نوع او اصناف مطعم مناسبات اعلان يعني وعقب ماوصل الطلب وتعشينا وصل واحد من ربعنا متاخر وطلبته هم مره ثانيه من مطعم مناسبات وبعد ما دفعت واتممت الطلب وصلني مسج بالواتسب من نفس المطعم اللي دزلي بالمره اللي طافت الاعلان معناتها مو صدفه الموضوع وهذا دليل ان مافي خصوصيه بالبيانات ( اسم المطعم اللي يدز الاعلان بروفا )

Whenever and whatever happened, DO NOT upload this app and use it. The customer service is bad, the delivery service is bad, the app itself is bad!! Save your money and time and don’t use it.

وايد افضل من طلبات مطاعم يديده ولذيذه واغلب التوصيل مجاني وسريع بس ملاحظتين الاولى طريقة المنيو ياريت تصير نفس طلبات اسهل بالطلب والبحث والتوصيل بالخريطه نهائيا مو دقيق وموفقين خير
