My order delayed, still didnt refund my money and it say it has been delivered
Do not order.
If you are a foreigner ordering in Saudi. Do not purchase. They don’t speak English. You can’t cancel orders. You can’t pay by card which is what we did on the app. Their driver came with our food and demanded cash for over 1 hour. We had no saudi cash on us which is why we paid by card. He harassed us constantly on message. And wished evil upon me. My first and last time ever using this. I am shocked

تطبيق سيء
تطبيق سيء للغاية، دائما يوجد تأخير في وصول المندوب عند المطاعم وكذا مرةيلغى الطلب بعد الدفع والانتظار لوقت طويل.لا يمكن الإعتماد على جاهز إطلاقا!
No plastic cutlery option
Restaurants send plastic cutlery and an excessive supply of napkins. It’s not necessary and harmful to the environment. Please add an option to request the eco friendly option. This is upsetting in 2021. Otherwise very good app. Also there’s no option to give feedback to the restaurant. A star rating is not sufficient

طالبه من فريج صويلح سي باس وصلني خبز ايراني و طرشي و الي طالبته ما وصل و مو راضين يردون لي الفلوس و التعامل معاهم سيء ما يردون الا بعد ١٠ دقايق و محد راضي يتواصل معاي علشان يحل المشكله و يردون فلوسي 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Unfortunately worst delivery app I’ve tried ever, if the restaurant missed something from the order most of the times you won’t receive refund, plus no way to contact Jahez except by phone which takes ages to answer!!! Wish there is less than a star.
