I was waiting for a certain food for an hour, i ask a customer support line to contact the shop whats going on instead of doing it they make their own conclusion that the food normally takes time. And instead asked me to contact the rider well whats the point of having customer service? Better to get rid of it instead if u have nothing useful to assist with
we wait for almost 1hr for our order then we decided to cancel our order because the driver inform us that our order os not showing in the store.
I ordered food and cannot pin to my exact address . The delivery guy from jahez cannot locate my described building and keep me waiting outside for 15mins. My ordered food was cold and sad to eat. I asked for refund but nothing credited to my account. Make sure your app location works efficiently. 👎
Dont really like this app. Drivers are rude. They want you to be there immediately when they called you. Almost all of them doesnt know how to speak english. You should atleast know basic english
I tried this app to see if what the others are claiming that the prices are cheaper here than in Talabat. It is cheaper but the user experience is bad. I tried ordering and I cannot even add an address. 😆. Can’t really trust my credit card info as well in the app if the experience is like this. I am going back to Talabat and deleting app.
I only ordered from this app once. I understand that we’re in Saudi afterall. The app is good but customer service couldn’t help me at all just because I don’t speak arabic. They only said “your account is active” and didn’t try to resolve the issue I have. Its just sad how excluded this app made me feel. Will never use this again.
You must have an english customer care representative that is available 24/7 and able to address the customer concerns.
first try to order yesterday and it was excellent, very fast delivery . I hope in my next delivery will be the same. And secondly some restaurant in the other apps were already closed while here in Jahez still open. Just one thing what I don’t like is some of the ramadan offer are not offering here thats all thanks.
