In app showing Delivered but not my items received

The app is not at all user friendly..most of the functions never works..There is only option to reach support is via call & no option share the screenshot to make them understand the issue.

I placed an order and utilise the wallet amount offered , they called and asked to place multiple times, finally asked to place order without wallet, gave a false promise that they will detect from my wallet once order is delivered. There offer is only for name sake.

Worst interface for food delivery, has so many bugs, so many options that an app should offer are missing.

no option of cancellation /auto detuct money from the credit card without any confirmation

I ordered From Mc D yesterday at 10:30 pm and driver went to wrong location. after one hour driver called me to cancel the order as he is not willing to come for delivery saying the address is too far away. I told driver i cannot cancel please come but he cut my call. its 3 hours now 01:30 AM and still my order is active. this app is really ridiculous as we cannot cancel order. please pay back my money.

They take money and dont deliver, i ordered for iftar meal but didn't get any , frauds . Please dont use this app

Hi, Tried out the app but the only issue I keep facing is that I cant add my credit card. Keeps showing that Something went wrong whenever I try to add the card.

One of the best app for ordering food.
