350th workout done yesterday!
This app transformed my body and my mind. When I started I couldn’t even complete its standard 7-min work out with simple push ups. A year later I’m doing one-leg push ups and pushing through level 4 fitness program. Now, 3 years later, I’m doing Spiderman push ups, chair declined push ups and now sweating at max fitness level. My core is super strong, and my legs and arms toned. Thanks to this app!
