They take from long routes by saying that traffic is jam from the shorter distance and than over charge … when you mail the authority about it they say they will refund some amount back in 24-48 hours but then weeks pass and they don’t refund … when again asked about the refund they lie and say you have used the money which was refunded in jugnoo wallet … they are cheap company and the drivers are always over charging but taking longer routes .
The car provided was Maruti sukuzi that too very old torn and in a bad confition . Will never recommend this app never
You cant rely on this app. Many times it happens that drivers reject rides and it kills your time. Charges are reasonable and mostly lesser than other aggregators.
I am female person, Today i book Jugnoo bike taxi. But the driver was not looking trustworthy and vehicle condition was pathetic. Still i sat on the vehicle, but within 100 meter the vehicle got brake-down it was not starting. And because of this i need to cancel my ride but i was not able to cancel it as there was no any option was there in your application. And then i had to walk till main road. I told driver to cancel it. But driver kept continuously calling me. Which is not a good thing as female. From now onward i am not going to use this application and suggest other people not use as i have a very bad experience.
I asked the driver to on the AC but he did not I again asked him he said he did not, We were paying for the service we were not taking rides for free, and they could not ignore or reject the service which is our right just to save the cost of fuel or ask extra money till they do not have a valid reason. It was frustrating to go in a really small cab and he he did not on Ac.

Appreciate that this service is in Kashmir. The most alarming part of my experience came after completing the ride. To my astonishment, the final fare displayed on the app was substantially higher than the fare quoted at the beginning of the journey. When I reached out to Jugnoo customer support for clarification, I was met with vague explanations and attempts to justify the inflated pricing through surge pricing algorithms. They give the excuse that the place was somewhere else, but the thing is it was on the app and I selected it what they suggested in the app. I thought for one time it’s alright they will improve it but they are charging money seamlessly without any reason. I cannot reach out to their customer support every-time this happens. I know you can improve this, so better you do this. That’s all I can say.
The drivers tell us to cancel the ride on the app so so that they have to pay the half they have to pay to you and because of that they charge a lot of money and the last driver which I travel with stopped randomly and he increased the charge from 484 to 550 something so that’s not good
No one can accept raid request useless app
Giving one star just because there is no option for 0 star such a useless app it is never show real location, overpriced, will never recommend this to anyone USELESS app
