There are about 2 bikes per stop and literally they are scrap bikes
I had rented out bicycle for a month, had asked customer support about rules and restricted stands. They told me other than restricted stand I can deposit any public MYBYK stands. So by end of rental period I went to one of the public stands mentioned in app, to my surprise, I can’t deposit the bicycle. I contacted customer support regarding the issue but they told me it’s a restricted stand,I tried to clarify that it’s nowhere mentioned in the app the mentioned stand is restricted. And to my surprise, while talking with customer support they temporarily banned me, from the app. I had to resort saying I will go for legal action if they don’t stop this childish behaviour. And they have the audacity to say it’s a system glitch which is terrified of legal action. Dear MYBYK, please don’t employ people with childish tantrums .

I am MyByk user since when Mybyk where charging 1₹ per Hour, but now after increasing price there user experience and no. of cycles have decreased. I am Ok with the current price but there are so many problems and glitches in the application, It is showing 1 cycle is near you and when I reach over there, there is no cycle but still application is showing. And now a days Mybyk cycles also have so many problems, they have problems with the brackes, chains, oiling and everything.

When I requested for a refund, why you people cancelled it by stating “account number is incorrect “ how can it be possible ? I know my account number and its correct. If you people are not interested to refund that amount why making such lame excuses..its been more than 3 weeks and there is no progress.. plz provide customer care email address
Mr Toshik Mahavar senior sales operation manager is very rude and unprofessional with users . He has no etiquettes talk with woman as well. My be mybyk has best service in industry but in hiring staff they have to think again.
Simple suggestion is to redevelop or just shut it. In the era of 5G & high end smart phones you have GPRS like app. So slow ! Many of the times it take more than 15 minutes to show me Hub. I’m not that free. Worst app. Slow app. Unlock the bike process not work properly so do return bike, both aren’t work in first attempt. For unlocking or returning i have to do it twice-thrice ! This is serious, you guys just need to update it. I don’t think that this is so tough job for you.
