Horrendous UX

I’ve had an account with them for years and wanted to use the app for convenience. Upon downloading the app there’s no log in option or at least no clear indication. Only sign ups and others. Which I tried but then it turns out to be opening new accounts. Applications are out there so we have fewer needs to rely on the branches and atms. This doesn’t do that.

Wifi problem

The app doesn’t work at all. I followed the instructions, disabled my wifi, and used the data. Still, I can’t set up my account. And my card was locked without any reason. I had to make an international call to call their agent, and they didn’t help at all. What a waste of money.

ระบบไม่รับรอง WiFi แถมยังไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ทั้งๆที่เปลี่ยนเป็น 3G แล้วก็ตาม ควรแก้ไขอย่างด่วน

เปลี่ยนเครื่อง ใช้k plusไม่ได้

งงใากคะ เปลี่ยนเครื่องแล้วใช้งานแอฟไม่ได้เลย จะจ่ายค่าบัตรเครดิตก็ไม่ได้ เพราะปกติทำผ่านแอฟ ทางพนังงานแจ้งว่า ต้องกลับมาที่ประเทศไทย แล้วลงทะเบียนด้วยเบอร์ประเทศไทย คุณช่วยดูสถานการณ์โควิดด้วยคะ เค้าจะกลับไทยกันยังไงคะ แล้ววิธีแก้ คือต้องบินกลับไทย มันไม่Make sense เลยคะ มันควรเป็น international and professional มากกว่านี้นะคะ รบกวนปรับปรุงด้วยคะ ขอบคุณคะ

Error

ใช้ sim 5G ของแคนาดา ทำให้ใช้ app ไม่ได้ใช่หรือไม่ครับ พึ่งเปลี่ยนเครื่อง iphone 6s plus มาเป็น iphone 12

Doesn’t work ( WiFi problem)

Switched WiFi off, changed LTE to 3G - still can’t log in: getting an error “Switch WiFi off”.

ใช้ไม่ได้

ย้ายเครื่องแล้วใช้ไม่ได้เลย ปรับปรุงให้ด่วยนะค่ะ

ย้ายเครื่องไม่สามารถ login ด้วย wifi

อยากให้แก้ไขการ login ด้วย wifi ได้สักทีคะ ใช่ ipad มี wifi ไม่มี sim ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ รบกวนปรับปรุงระบบในส่วนนี้ได้ไหมคะ

First time setup error

I have disable the Wifi and use cellular data for the first time setup but the error 268 keep popping out and telling me to disable the wifi. Can’t setup my account.
