"awareness test" is a stupid idea
The thing is oftentimes bank app's needed fast, prepending its use with all kind of quiz and puzzles is anti-UX-pattern indeed. Of course I intentionally replied all the answers wrongfully just to skip this b/s. And you guys get one star rating now as well. Think better next time, it's not an educational app, it's damn bank app instead.
Can’t call
I can not call the contact center from the application after the update. Previously called, everything worked, now I press the call, the application is turned off.
Good app! I think it can be further improved:
1. When the application was one’s opened and then it was not used for some time. Then the next time you enter the application, a notification says that the previous session is over and it asks me if I want to open a new session Yes / No. Why? I already opened it - so I want to use "Yes" should be the default! Please, just let the authorization begin! No any alert/notification please 🙏 2. I did not give the application access to my photo gallery to save transaction receipts. Why does the application request such access again every time after the operation? No any alert/notification please!🙏 3. When Face ID is enabled, why do I need to enter a pin code to complete the operation? For example, I pay for purchases in a supermarket through a scan and one of the people nearby can see my pin code - this is not safe. Please don't need to enter a pin code when Face ID is enabled!🙏 4. When I overseas I cannot log in because I am not in my home Thailand mobile network. Please add an authorization method via SMS or another method available when I overseas 🙏 PS. it would be great if the app supported dynamic font size change in my iPhone settings. I will be glad if my suggestions help to improve the application
Good App
This is the best banking app! it is intuitive, fast and has a set of all the necessary functions! thanks to the developers and the bank.
Can’t use app from abroad
If you travel out of Thailand you have no chance to log in to the app, Thai 3G/4G needed. So if your phone or the app has been updated, you will not have access to your money
no banking access after some update
(276) I clearly understand I need to use Thai 3G/4G connection to activate banking access and this is a security measure, but I cannot manage that right now for the same reason I cannot visit Thailand for the last year or so...
Bad work
Your application often freezes during a transaction and I have to reboot my entire phone
