Cannot connect to speaker

It’s a rubbish app, wasted time to reset speakers and totally disconnect onwards.

unable to update

alway said no wifi connection

Couldn’t update firmware

Keep getting error when trying to update firmware

Always can’t find my LSX

This app is very unstable as I can’t connect to my LSX speakers all the time. I intended to use the app to play Tidal and Spotify but it fails at all times. It’s really disappointing as KEF doesn’t deal with this issue seriously.

Totally lost control

The lsx cannot be control via airplay after upgraded to ios15 and new osx.

不能連接！連接只靠運氣！

其實有無人去改善個Apps，還是這個產品已經放棄！如是，為何還要在專門店銷售LSX呢！

Even worse update

All know bug still here, even try to capture more user data.

Absolute rubbish

Last KEF product I buy. App very unstable. Constantly randomly losing connection. Emailed KEF more than once without ever receiving a reply.

Disappointed

Doesn’t work after updated to 2.5.18 on 3/3/2021. Hanged on the disclaimer page, then dead end. Pleased rectify ASAP

Fail to pair

Could not pair the speaker after renewed the apps.
