Great speakers but app is horrendous… and the speakers without the app are just expensive speakers. Avoid !

Piètre application, perd régulièrement la connexion wifi. Malgré de nombreuses procédures pour se reconnecter, elle perd systématiquement l’accès aux enceintes. Les colonnes sont d’excellente qualité. Dommage qu’elles soient pilotées par cette app très médiocre. Message aux développeurs : proposez-nous une app digne de votre matériel !

No way to search/re-connect the speakers to wifi (LSX looses it often). App is poorly designed, confusing. Often doesn't know the speakers are on, have to re-install and re-connect. Ugly and bad UI.

Einfach nicht brauchbar, wie kann man sich als Qualitätshersteller so etwas erlauben,

Gottlob ist die KEF-Hardware top. Die aktuelle Version (11.01.2019) dieser App kann die WLAN- und LAN-Verbindungsprobleme nicht in den Griff kriegen. Da sollten endlich PROFIs ran!!!

I’ve had these speakers for two years, kept up with the software updates, and they are still a nightmare of trial and error to connect to. All I can assume is the company truly doesn’t care. I got them free as part of my company’s rewards program. They’re not even worth free. The sound quality is great but they should pay me for all the lost hours I’ve spent trying to connect via bluetooth. KEF, it’s time to stop hiring the CEO’s 15 year-old nephew to write the software and hire a real programmer. Stop sending me offers to buy your other speakers, I’ll never buy another pair until you fix the crap you already have out there.

Great speaker, great sound Let down so badly by crap software and an awful interface It’s so hard to try connect to these speakers - the KEF control is appalling … why you even need it is beyond me

Doesn’t work on both iOS and Android. Especially terrible for travelers who need to reconnect to a new Wifi at every new location. ALL the speaker settings has to be reset for that. Just awful. I ended up with using an analogue AUX (RCA) cabel to use that piece of a wireless madness. Drives me crazy. And I’m a professional BLE apps engineer. Give my money back please.
