KEF doesn’t care about customers
It shows how much KEF is being so arrogant that they choose to ignore old customers problems. The APP is so terribly build that it cannot even connect to my LSX frequently. The pairing is also a hit or miss. Yet, KEF choose to totally gave up on it. Customers with gen 1 products are being ditched like dirt. Never in my life will ever buy another KEF product. Will post on my channel to warn others too.
