Lalamove ghép quá nhiều đơn gây chậm trễ
Mình không hiểu sao Lalamove ghép quá nhiều đơn để đơn mình 3 tiếng mới tới được. Vậy sao không tách báo cước thẳng chuyến để người ta book giá cao hơn cũng được mà, quảng cáo giao hàng siêu tốc người ta hiểu nhầm.

Hãm nhất t từng thấy tệ từ cskh tới tài xế, mọi ng nên cân nhắc để mất tiền cũng như mất thời gian
Ghép đơn làm khách chờ quá lâu
Quãng đường: Q9 - Tân Bình Đồ lên xe: 18h30 Đang chờ: 21h30 vẫn chưa thấy xe đâu nên tranh thủ lên để viết review.

Mình kh rút được tiền ra khỏi app và mình có làm theo cách xoá app đi rồi liệu mình có nhận lại được tiền kh ạ mình gọi chăm sóc khách hàng kh được ạ .Thất vọng quá😔😔 kh biết tiền có chuyển về tài khoản mình kh nữa

Mình muốn rút tiền từ ví lalamove, mình làm theo nhưng vẫn chưa được refund tiền và email cho lalamove cũng không phản hồi

Bảo là xoá tài khoản sẽ hoàn tiền tk mà gần 2 tháng ko hoàn lại
Quá tệ
Rút tiền từ ví hơn nữa tháng không bất kỳ 1 thông báo dù chưa nhận tiền. Gọi tổng đài 8k 1 phút mà gọi hết 40k tiền điện thoại nhân viên vẫn chưa tra xong mã khách hàng. Thái độ tài xế tệ, không bao h xử dụng dịch vụ này.
