แอปถอดเงินไม่ได้
ต้องเติมเข้าระบบตามที่แอปตั้ง พอมันเหลือก็อยากจะถอดออกม แต่ทำไม่ได้ มีแต่ปุ่มเติมเงินเข้า🙄
ยกเลิกไม่ได้
กดยกเลิกไม่ได้ คือจะยกเลิกออเดอร์ในทันที แต่ระบบทำการยกเลิกคนขับเฉยๆ แล้วเปลี่ยนคนขับให้อัตโนมัติ ออเดอร์ยังไม่ถูกยกเลิก แล้วคนขับก็มา แล้วต้องเสียให้เค้า 199 อีก (ค่าธรรมเนียมยกเลิก) สุดๆๆๆๆๆ😤😤😤
เติมเงินเข้าไปผ่านบัตรเคดิตแต่ถอนเงินไม่ได้เงินเหลือในนั้นก็เยอะ
ถอนเงินไม่ได้เติมผ่านบัตรเคดิตไปช่วยปรับปรุงด้วย

bad behavior rider and no proper take action from lalamove
rider blame customer that gave wrong location but it’s precisely correct and do not deliver if not give more money then threaten to report to police and reporter to come home moreover call by another number and abuse customer so Lalamove do not take any action from this case if the company can not control their employees do not start business not just receive bad service but also get insecure 1 star is still too much for this company this is the worst service company that I ever experienced

ต่อให้คนขับไม่โทรมาขอค่าแรงเพิ่ม ก็จะให้ทิปเพิ่มอยู่แล้วค่ะ ไม่ใช่ทุกคนทุกตึกทุกอาคารที่จะมีลิฟท์ ไม่อยากทำก็ไม่ต้องกดรับงาน ไม่ใช่มาทำเหมือนไม่โอเคไม่อยากทำเพราะไม่มีลิฟต์ ก็เลยเสนอไปว่าคุณต้องการค่าแรงเพิ่มเท่าไหร่ ก็แจ้งแค่ว่าแล้วแต่เรา แต่ก็พูดเหมือนอยากให้เราบอกว่าจะให้เท่าไหร่ เลยรู้สึกเหมือนขูดรีดผู้ว่าจ้างทางอ้อม
คนขับเรื่องเยอะ
สั่งไปส่งหลายออเดอร์ คนขับโทรมาให้กดแคนเซิล แล้วอ้างว่ากดผิด โทรมาแต่เช้าแล้วขอกดแคนเซิลก็มี คนขับควรจะอ่านรายละเอียดให้ดีก่อนรับงานบ้าง
