Land Rover Remote

Very limited options for such a car. Unresponsive, and very limiting when compared to other options out there.

The only thing I don’t love about this app is that anytime there is an app update it disconnects from my vehicle and it takes forever to figure out and reconnect it so at least monthly I’m having to call when I can’t maneuver it myself since it seems to work sometimes and not others with the manual reset. After how expensive it is it certainly isn’t enjoyable to lose my car starter for a week or more a month when I’m paying so much just to have it annually. I definitely think there needs to be an easier way when updates happen to not lose my access to the app.

This app should be able to turn on seat warmers and heated steering wheel.

Works perfectly 90% of the time. Lot better than what it used to be. Still have a low tire pressure alarm since new that never updated tho

There should be an option to turn on the heated seats and steering wheel when turning on the remote climate. The engine is running anyway; I don’t understand why it is not already in there.

Love the app. Only question I have why has it gone white (background) from the color scheme it first had?

Considering I have to pay for this app to have any command start for my car, I would expect it to work well. You know, like the good ol’ car remotes do. But 30% of the time I’m going outside to start my car manually anyways…

Enjoying all features…

It is one of the worst vehicle remote apps out there. Other car brands allow you start your vehicle from the key fob and or a free app. With this not only do you pay a premium for the vehicle but also for the app that doesn’t work. I have used the app for months and I am comparing it to Mercedes and Lincoln and ford and bmw. Pros: - I like the map location of vehicle and sometimes it is pretty accurate - guardian mode alerts - ability to see what part of vehicle is open (trunk, doors) - fuel level and DEF fluid levels and maintenance warning - beep and flash feature Cons: - paid app (mostly the price tag for what it does) - no ability to start vehicle from fob but able to raise and lower the vehicle lol - the lock feature takes FOREVER and only works 1 out of 20 times - the remote start feature only works like 1 out of 5 times (not an issue with cell towers because this also happens when in front of house) - having to use app to see how much DEF fluid I have to top up is ridiculous - guardian mode doesn’t tell you what was triggered (ie. car unlocked or car open or car driving, etc.) - guardian mode notifications are delayed and sometimes by 30mins Suggestions: - ability to see DEF fluid level and tank size in app - ability to close windows and moon roof from app - ability to see tire pressure in app - be nice to have chance to change led lights inside car from app - ability to integrate app to car screen so when connected via Bluetooth or CarPlay to see features like Range Rover maps, DEF fluid levels, OIL levels, gas tank volume, tire pressures all on split screen at same time - allow to buy app for 2 years+ at discount - ability to set up appointment at dealership via app - ability to integrate Range Rover forums in app to chat with other enthusiasts Thanks for listening I don’t mind paying but you have to improve the app, add more features, and ensure the basic features work consistently.
