建議訓練方法：
每周3次
一次3個動作
每個動作做3組，每組力竭
另：每個動作有各種變種，（如俯臥撐有窄矩，單手），可以自行調節難度。

通過內購獲取專業版，將不受功能限制，創建自己的訓練計劃
注意事項：
－ Lean已接入 HealthKit，可同步訓練數據到 Apple「健康」App，更換手機後無須擔心數據丟失。

简单实用，界面清晰干净，还支持系统语言（粤语）了，就是发音有点搞笑，哈哈
很好的一个锻炼app
功能很实用，整体都很好，唯一的缺点是俯卧撑的识别不灵敏，改成鼻子触碰屏幕会不会好一点
希望进一步优化
app的图标有点过于针对性了，也不符合该app的理念，希望可以变成一个类似于yaoyao这样的。另外挑战项中，为什么完成了后面仍显示0/20呢？
