建議訓練方法：
每周3次
一次3個動作
每個動作做3組，每組力竭
另：每個動作有各種變種，（如俯臥撐有窄矩，單手），可以自行調節難度。

通過內購獲取專業版，將不受功能限制，創建自己的訓練計劃
注意事項：
－ Lean已接入 HealthKit，可同步訓練數據到 Apple「健康」App，更換手機後無須擔心數據丟失。

好用，但是有些小问题
添加的siri捷径，在手表端用不了，无法通过手表语音开启锻炼，这个后续是否可以支持呢？
很棒，但是新版本不能改计划，闪退

自定义动作自动结束
手表上自定义动作会在做完第二个动作之后显示被其他运动App占用，然后自动结束，尝试了重启跟重装软件，依然不行
建议支持云端或本地备份自建动作和组合动作
另外，自建动作命名时如果文字过长会有遮挡，显示建议优化
统计功能太弱
不能分项目统计啊

俯卧撑计数不准确
俯卧撑计数经常有延时或者做了好几个不计算进去，手机对着头部了，每次做都基本做到头部贴着手机了，经常计数不准。建议回退到旧的算法，或者至少设置提供切换选项给用户自行选择，目前这计数方案问题太多了。
建议重新优化俯卧撑计数
还是建议重新优化俯卧撑计数，要不就还是退回到前一个版本吧，我也用其他手机实验，排除了手机的问题。
最新的俯卧撑计数不准确了
下身和起身有时候都计数
