Be careful!

Despite unsubscribing and cancelling my account, the app still charges money. I have contacted customer support but no one has responded. I had to address the request with my bank.

Love the app! Thanks to Lily and her team I am in the best shape of my life. All workouts are well structured and you will see results soon. The app combines different types of workouts (pilates, HIIT, strength training, …), so you will never get bored of one type of exercise. Lily and Amy are lovely, and they will motivate to you throughout the workouts to get the best out of you. I also appreciate the variety of yummy recipes that are in the app. Strongly recommend!!!

I've tried a lot of exercise apps, but this one is the best so far. Lilly is able to motivate you during each exercise, and the results of the exercise can be seen after just a few weeks. I hope the app will continue to be so great, thank you for it!🔥❤️

Amazing!

I really recomend this app if you want to fall in love with exercise again😍 I really adore the video format and that they are working out with you and guiding you through it. I did the Lean Method guide. Even my boyfriend tried some of the workouts with me and enjoyed it too.
