Lilly, Gbemi and Amy are incredible coaches, their energy is amazing and I’ve found myself giggling during workouts because of how sweet and fun they are. As for my body, I’ve been able to do things and movements I never thought I was capable of. I feel strong, agile, and proud of my progress. The weight loss and muscle toning is just a result of having the right mindset: get stronger and healthier. I love that the most about this program, and I encourage everyone to try it. As cherry on top, the content is beyond amazing. There are many programs to try, and the fact it gets customized for your needs (including your diet) is fantastic. Thank you, girls! Las entrenadoras Lilly, Gbemi y Amy son increíbles, tienen mucha energía y a veces me río con ellas durante el entrenamiento, me parecen divertidas y agradables. En cuanto a mi cuerpo, he sido capaz de hacer cosas y movimientos que no me creí capaz de hacer. Me siento fuerte, ágil y orgullosa de mi progreso. El peso que he perdido y los músculos que he tonificado son solo resultado de tener la mentalidad correcta: volverme más sana y fuerte. Eso es lo que más me gusta de este programa y recomiendo mucho que le des una oportunidad. Como cereza en el pastel, el contenido está increíble. I'll start by saying that starting using lean app was the best decision of 2022. My sister and I started doing workouts at home and one day we found your YouTube videos, we spread with your energy and enthusiasm and decided to go beyond so we paid the annual subscription, and we really love the training, each one of them takes you to another level, and while there are days when you don't feel well at the end to connect with that vulnerability to you makes a difference. I love that we are motivated by distance and the app is full of programs for our needs. I’ve been using the app since it came out and it just keeps getting better and better. Better content, a lot of personalized features, videos are great quality, lots of colors, everything! The subscription is totally worth it. You can really see the dedication towards the app.

I love this app!! I have been using it for 2 years now. Great for working out at home or in the gym. The trainers are amazing. Always there’s new content in the app. I love the Guides , they are for everyone, for all levels. I definitely recommend this app to everyone!
