*This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Why iPhone can support only 2 model only ? Buds2 can’t support is very bad 👎👎👎

Tried to pair iPhone 14 pro max with Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. Not recognised. ☹️.

Unable to detect

Disappointed with this app. Unable to detect the ear bud. If u need to connect to this device, u will need to get an additional ear piece to get connected. Unfriendly to begin with.

No support for Galaxy Buds Pro

It would be useful if there was support for Galaxy Buds Pro. I understand it is cross platform but it doesn’t feel right from the point of view of a consumer. If buds pro has a better sound quality from my point of view, that should be supported even if I have a different phone with a different OS.

No further support for newer product

The app gives support to the earbuds, but there's no further support for newer earbuds (such as the Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds2) unlike the watch there's support for newer models. Hope the developer will look into it.

Compatibility

Great app to use for my buds+, but i switched over to the buds pro thinking that it was compatible but it wasnt. Might want to consider adding in the later releases of the buds series for better customer satisfaction

Buds Pro still not included to the app.

Hi, It’s more than a year and there still isn’t any update of adding buds pro to the app. Can you all advise what is the hold up. I am sure everyone who is using Pro will like go see the update.
