It is so buggy, I lose connection the moment I connect, it’s impossible to tweak or utilize the app at all.

Useless App V4.6
Only see paired earphone. Nothing can be done like custom touch or update firmware. No other menu available only paired device that it. Waste of time to update.
Trusted brand & failure in connectivty
Very often connections fails, delete app, re install, pair again, re do both the forget device and add device. Average!!!
poor app, great headphones
the headphones are great - very comfy, good sound. but the app omg its awful! it constantly loses connection and requires you to restart the device or even forget & pair the device again. really terrible for user experience. i truly suggest improving the app so people feel they’ve bought an overall good product. after online sleuthing, i see why people say buying sony is the whole package. you can do better sennheiser!

Connection is next to impossible! No wonder B&O is always on top on senheisser.

When comes to windy situation while on the call, the other end can’t really hear my voice due to the wind. How can i expect this type of good brand to be so low standard?

Charging $400 for earphones but can’t even get the app right. Garbage app
Add volume measuring feature!
Wonderful app with more control features than on any other company’s app that I’ve seen. Could you please add a feature that measures the headphones’ output volume? Apple headphones have that feature and it ensures you can see and maintain a safe decibel level, but that only works with Apple products.
