PXC 550 loose functionality
I suppose to be able control my PXC 550 from this app. But since update this app becomes useless. I am have give it more than a month hoping that maybe it was a bug with the app and would just release a fix. However it looks like they decided to stop supporting my headphones. I really disappointed by this and when I do decide to upgrade I will go somewhere else and people ask my opinion I will tell them go somewhere else!
MTW3 Firmware stuck
I am waiting for my MTW3 2.10.19 firmware update and the app is not updating the firmware automatically. The earbuds are currently on version 2.4.22 and the app says it’s up to date.
Not connecting to HD BT 450
I’ve tried everything and my bt 450 headphones aren’t being located by the app. I’ve tried disconnecting them, restarting my phone, deleting the app etc and they still can’t be located when I try to pair them to the app
MTW3 Firmware Update
I have just purchased the MTW3 Ear Buds and the firmware version is 2.2.13. I am on iOS 16. No matter what I do, I cannot update the firmware. The app tells me that the firmware is up to date. Please advise.
Latest firmware not pulling through
Been waiting for the latest firmware for M3 True wireless earbuds. But for some reason its not coming through automatically! Can you not create an option where you can check for new updates similar to iOs updates?
Perfectly functional, lacking in a few places
Works great, but could really do with a full equaliser instead of just Bass/Mid/Treble. It is a Sennheiser product after all.

Cant connect to hd 4.50 on iphone 13. Why?
