Give alert message to pay premium amount

Application stops responding

Most of the times app won’t respond and just loading and payment won’t proceed, need to develop app to multiple policy selection. It is becoming a pain to do process of payment need to do procedure atleast 3 times to go through and common guys app stop responding and i cant do the payment for sometime again we need to wait for sometime to do the payment. Rectify the errors plz

no reminder missed my premium date

i thought i paid my premium untill i muself checked after 6 months that premium is still not paid. fine amount is added silently But NO REMINDERS ARE GIVEN TO ME. THIS IS NOT GOOD.. expecting recurring remainders if crossing the premium date

Needs upgrade

The usability is very outdated. Please spend some money in the app from your profits

No Button To Add Forward Slash

I cannot find a button for adding a forward slash ( / ) for my date of birth. Why do I need to add the slash manually. This is very pathetic feature. Change this feature. As a user how do I login now ???

The app is very basic but I have always been able to make payments and update profile etc without any hassle.

Worst EXPERIENCE

App is not working properly and even after entering correct OTP it’s says invalid.
