Simple to use and efficient

Pathetic app

Pathetic app and not recommended at all. Could have given no star

No faceID. Really?

What age are you living LIC? Why do I need to provide all fields every time I need to open the app from my phone? Terrible.

Just because I can’t give 0 star..

In the login window it asks to enter date of birth in DD/MM/YY format. But on iOS device, the keyboard does not even allow to enter” /“ so I can’t even login .. what a shame .. now I am worried about my money 😰

Application is not working after update on 9march'21

Application is not working in my iPad after update on 09march 2021. Hope not tested properly and developed by amateur people. . Such a big insurance company in the world not using professional and quality people to developed this application. I can't put less than one star 😩😩😡

Most of option don’t work means Indian government is efficient. India talents known for IT but government prove them wrong. LIC believes only collect money not in customer service. LIC under president of India.

Wste of Time

This App is really a Crap... Waste of Time to use this even LIC online is also a crap... I have to quit LIC Scheme soon

Very poor app

Most of the doesn’t work, keeps hanging. Very poor development, don’t think fully tested on iPhones. No Face ID or finger print login option. Every time you need to enter the login details - the app not configured for your phone. When I tried today the cursor keeps toggling between Password and DOB field even after entering correct details - didn’t work. It’s a shame that LIC can’t provide a decent app.

Login have challenge

1. Mobile app - DOB / could not be entered. Copy paste is the workaround option (which is not in standard) 2. Mobile app - new policy comparison not working after login. 3. Laptop browser - not the latest version supported (end user cannot degrade browser for using LIC)

Problem entering DOB

Worst APP!!!Not sure what kind development cycle they follow before releasing it to customer. They want customer to enter DOB in the format DD/MM/YYYY during login and in the iOS device 12.1.4) when we try to enter DOB then from keypad option forward slash character / is missing.
