App Not Working

This app is not working. Main problem is it take almost 5 minutes of buffering and it shows login failed.so we need to wait lots of time and seeing it not working...very frustrating

Capcha is not working!

Login didn’t worked Try to reset capcha is not working Same problem at the website Can’t use forgot option for user ID or Password If trying to quick pay is didn’t open either

App and website not working since a month

Hi, Lic app and website is not working since a month. All the links are leading to a blank page and I am unable to login. Please push the correct version after doing the bug fixes. Thanks

NRI logon is not working from app

The app used to work when used from abroad to logon. But since last few months the logon option is not responding. When tried online portal from browser and clicked NRai logon that is working.

Not good

Too slow. Very complicated to use. Not user friendly. Never gets log in with single try. I always have to login 2-3 times

Face ID login is not available

Worst UI EVER

Atleast scale properly for different size of phone ans resolutions!

Good design

Surprisingly well designed website for a central government organisation. I could all my policies at one place and pay premiums at one place.
