App is really helpful to keep on track meals and intake carbs, and monitor the trend. But I can’t add retrospectively add meals and food for the day I forgot to add. Even though I am choosing the right day in the app, once I finished data input it still adds for today.
There’s a bug during registering. When I tried to select date of birth, it kept showing an error message no matter which date I choose. I was stuck in this process and can’t use the app. Lame
Why can't I press next after I choose my date of birth?
When choosing my birthday, it keeps saying “specified day is incorrect. Change date to continue” no matter what date I choose. I’m stuck in this step. I’m on iPhone 8 with iOS 14.8
It would be highly appreciated if you can make entering nutrition “per serve” instead of per 100g available when creating new food under European unit system. Not being able to do so is really annoying and the only thing that makes the app not seem to be more appealing than other apps. Not sure why you can do so under the US unit system but not under the others. Not everyone is used to the US unit system. This app would be perfect if this function is added. Thanks for taking this comment for your consideration.
Food package says 0 gram, but the app says it is unable to calculate the level of the item. A bit inconvenient... Other than that, it’s great
I purchased for one time 3month use only and paid on 09/15/2019, and then I received second charge on 12/24/2019 without noticed, it’s unacceptable,I request to get refund from the second charge.
This is a very good app with beautiful design and useful functions. But there are too many bugs need to fix, such like picture function of every meal doesn’t work, the daily progress fails to load all statistics data, and the bar of daily intake usually won’t spark (no neon color) if people take too much that kind of nutritions; that is, when intake statistic bar shows orange part, the original silver part usually disappear. Hope these problems could be fixed as soon as possible, many thanks!
It’s beautiful, practical and enjoyable. Love the comments that pop up when some food is recorded. Smiley face for a healthy meal really motivate me to ear better. :)
All meal options change into foreign languages (non-English) if I try to swap my meal plan. Also, I fail to activate my step counter.
