Its pricing is great and UI on main page is really good for the app THAT LITERALLY DOES NOT WORK RIGHT. Concept is great, pricing is excellent if they implemented it correctly and would work as promised. But intonations, sentence separation are very poor. Honestly I could have make it better. PDF parsing is very poor is well. DO NOT RECOMMEND only if you have to

The AI voices are great, but the app has a problem with the process of converting the pdf into the document that is then read by the app: it creates typos and minor mistakes that ruin the process of listening. Sometimes it adds extra empty lines between words, creating awkward silences. Definitely not worth the price until this issue is fixed.

If you offer free use for some period of time don't demand to pay in advance 😡 I get this app because I want to see if it has what I'm looking for and I won't pay you before that! All that says you give free trial to see and know the app I one big fake marketing spam! I wasted my time on downloading this

The reading aloud is possibly the most natural I've listened to so far. However, I truly don't understand why the processing misses whole words and phrases and clumps together characters in a native PDF file. I would maybe understand if this happened at the end of the page, but I get this unintelligible gibberish in the middle of paragraphs. The subscribtion is too expensive for an app has a single job and messes it up :(.

I love the voices on this app they sound more natural then the reading websites my instructors give but it bugs and lags a lot. I like to listen to with it sped up and it lags even more. Sometimes it takes forever to scroll and it takes like 10 seconds just to read the next word sometimes.

I haven't been able to use the app/subscription in any meaningful way. The 'app' itself shows up as a blank screen and I have to go to the website to use. Even then it is not work the $99 annual fee that I paid. I have sent a support request through the website and no response. Seriously considering taking the loss and just switching to Speechify

This app wouldn't even let preview it. It seems like it might be a good deal but when I actually paid for it, it was super slow converting text to speech compared to every other speech converter previewed. Also it doesn't give you the ability to paste text into ai note so that's really important because that's what I actually use it for.

I like to listen to nonfiction articles and sometimes academic papers with a strong humanities and social sciences bent. So far it is serving it’s purpose well with a fair yearly price point. The price point compared to competitors was one of the deciding factors for me. Some features I would recommend to enhance user experience: on conversions of online articles keep the source url accessible after conversion. Also, enhance search capabilities. Can the content in addition to titles be searchable? For notes as well? thank you

I love the program but I definitely feel like there should be a few more features, such as the ability to create folders for files and highlight certain texts to go with our notes.

Buyer beware. I hardly used the service and got an annual renewal charge notification from my credit card. I immediately cancelled the same day. This was a exactly 1 year after subscribing. There was no confirmation other than the webpage, which I unfortunately didn’t screenshot. I left messages at the provided number but got no response and haven’t been able to contact the company in any way.
