Very poor service, I tried to contact customer support via WhatsApp, automatic system told me to wait we are connecting you with an agent, and it’s been 9 hours, no agent is there to chat with me. I was thinking banks in Dubai are very responsible and responsive, but what I realised is, they have very poor customer services.
Not opening my account just because I’m a Student (Never judge a Book By it’s Cover)!!😏
There’s many problems first there’s money deducted from the card then login error coming always
Perfect online banking
I have been using liv service since it was released, and now suddenly they have changed every service, they started with zero account and now charging 20 to 25 AED per month, so i can tell you guys it’s not for everyone, go find other services, liv isn’t free anymore,
Since there is no branch and no online portal (website), the app has to work flawlessly as there is no other way to get support. If we're locked out of the account then that's it. You've lost access to your funds. Edit: instead of improving the app, they have somehow managed to make it even SLOWER and now there is no option to block the card. Such a nightmare.

I am having difficulty while registration on Liv mobile banking app. It says” Sorry we cannot serve your banking needs”. Kindly look into this matter.
I have working internet connection. When I’m going to log in “network connection was lost” automatically popup is displaying..
