Button to open USD account doesn’t work
I have been trying to open USD account for days the button doesn’t work nothing happens when I click on apply for USD account it has been weeks and customer service is slow. I need a usd account to transfer funds to it.
Worst customer service ever
No way to talk to someone or get in touch with anyone for support. I have money left in my bank account and no one is helping me retrieve it
Great digital bank, non-existent customer support
Basically the title. I’ve been enquiring about their personal loan and received no reply. Their “care champions” don’t respond whenever you try reach them. 2 days and I am still waiting for a response. No other way to contact them other than their app. So, if you don’t need them, then it’s great. If you need them, it’s the worst out of all the banks in the UAE.
